We are a private LLC formed in 2002 and we operate from virtual offices, usually from our clients’ sites. Our headquarters are in Blaine, Washington.

Our members are professionals with over 25 years of management experience in companies just like yours.

We have worked in well over 100 companies applying process improvement methods and proprietary tools to significantly improve performance.

For new engagements, we provide a no-fee assessment to understand the issues, opportunities, and company culture. During this time we get to know each other and determine if we can work together to achieve mutual goals.

Our fee structure is based on time and value with 50% of the fee paid against performance measures maintained by our clients. In many cases our fees can be capitalized.
